The energy comes through online just as powerfully as in-person.
We start with 15 - 20 minutes of meditation to spiritual music. After an invocation by Charlotte, there will be space to share.
We work with whatever feelings or symptoms are present in your body and life in the moment. Due to limited time, not every participant might be able to do a longer piece of work (we offer private sessions and workshops for that). Whether you actively work or not, you will benefit from the energy field of the CT Healing Circle! “Your process is my process”, and everything that releases and transforms in the field will reverberate in all participants.

Contact:
We ask that you do not consume any alcohol or drugs for at least 4 days prior to your Cellular Transformation event, nor to enter the space whilst intoxicated or hung-over. Doing so numbs you to the full healing benefits that are possible. It also contaminates the group energy field.
Getting ready online:
Make sure to have a private space for joining the online group that feels safe and supports authenticity, vulnerability and confidentiality. No other people or unruly children please.
Please treat the online space with the same respect and care as you would treat any in-person healing space: stay present with the screen at all times (no fidgeting with your phone on the side)!
Make sure there is enough lighting in front of you to help with a good video connection.
We will send out the Zoom link a couple of days prior by email or messenger.
Please plan to log on 5 minutes before for a punctual start. Meditating together is an important component of creating the CT field for healing and awakening.
Getting there in Cologne:
Please plan to be 20 minutes early, especially when you need to find parking! We are aiming for a punctual start with everybody present, as meditating together is an essential component of creating the CT field for healing and awakening.
